PELATIHAN DAN PEMBELAJARAN MENGGUNAKAN APE BERTEMA ALAT TRANSPORTASI BAGI ANAK PAUD AMONG SIWI DI DUSUN PANDES BANTUL

Early Childhood Education Amongsiswi in Pandes Hamlet, Pangungharjo Village, Bantul, an educational institution that still needs learning media tools for children. Based on field data, educational media is needed in the form of Educational Props (APE) to improve children's psychomotor and motor development. In addition, there is a need for teacher improvement in making educational media. The method used in this community service is a "participatory approach" or "participatory learning and practice approach" through a workshop on making APE, followed by learning assistance for children. Making APE in the form of a puzzle with the theme of "means of transportation", children learn to recognize the types of transportation and it is planned that APE can also be used to recognize numbers, letters, learn to count or learn to arrange letters to form words. This community service activity is intended for teachers to motivate and improve skills in making APE. While learning using APE is expected to allow children to recognize the types of transportation by assembling puzzles of transportation components such as cars, buses, airplanes, motorcycles and bicycles. APE colors vary so that children can recognize the types of colors. The results of this workshop and mentoring activity improved teachers' skills and knowledge in creating APE (Adobe Puzzles) and positively impacted children's enthusiasm during learning activities. The APEs were donated to schools to enhance their facilities, enhancing children's psychomotor and fine motor development through puzzle-making
